A vehicle hit several people in north London's Finsbury Park area early Monday, killing one and sending at least 10 to the hospital, Metropolitan Police said. A 47-year-old man has been arrested on terror-related charges in connection with the attack. The incident took place shortly after midnight near the Finsbury Park Mosque, where several worshippers were in the street after late prayers during the holy month of Ramadan. British Prime Minister Theresa May said police confirmed the incident is being treated as a potential terrorist attack, while London Mayor Sadiq Khan has declared it a "horrific terrorist attack on innocent people." The Muslim Council of Britain has called for extra security at mosques around the country.
