After being hospitalized Thursday, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is "doing great," her nephew says. "The last I heard she was up and working, of course, because what else would she be doing, and cracking jokes," Daniel Stiepleman told Reuters. "I can't promise they were good jokes but they were jokes." Ginsburg, who at 85 is the oldest Supreme Court justice, fractured three ribs in a fall Wednesday night and was admitted to George Washington University Hospital Thursday morning. She has survived cancer twice, and had heart surgery at the age of 81, but she has never missed a day of oral arguments since being appointed to the court in 1993.
