The Fuego volcano in Guatemala erupted on Sunday, leaving at least seven people dead, 20 injured, and an undetermined number missing.
The volcano is about 27 miles from Guatemala City, and National Disaster Coordinator Sergio Cabanas said in the village of El Rodeo, there's a "river of lava that overflowed its bank," and there are "injured, burned, and dead people." Two of the dead are children, who were watching the eruption from a bridge. More than 3,000 people have been evacuated from communities near the volcano, and the La Aurora airport has been closed because of the ash. This is Fuego's second eruption this year.
